Principle and conditions

The disability allowance for adults is available for disabled people resident in Monaco.

Anyone who is recognised as having a disability by the Disability Evaluation Committee is entitled to a guarantee of resources in the form of a monthly allowance, which may be accompanied by additional allowances and service vouchers.

This allowance may be paid in full (85% of the minimum reference salary set annually by ministerial decree) or as a differential of other resources.

To be eligible for this allowance you must:

  • Be resident in Monaco
  • Have a degree of permanent disability of at least 50%
  • Have no claim to old-age or disability benefit or to an allowance for a work-related accident for a sum equal to or higher than the disability allowance for adults
