Principle and conditions
Individuals who are registered for rent controlled housing sector may respond to the following rent offers:
"In light of the restrictions that the Prince’s Government has introduced to respond to the COVID-19 epidemic, rental offers published in the Journal Officiel de Monaco have been suspended.
These will be reissued as soon as the context allows."

How to respond to a rent offer
You must send your application by registered letter with request for acknowledgement of receipt to the Housing Department a maximum of two weeks after the publication of the offer in the Journal de Monaco. A delivery receipt will be sent to you. At the end of the publication timeframe, the list of applications is sent to the owner, who is at liberty to choose who they wish to accept, according to the order of priorities instituted in articles 3 and 4 of Act no. 1.235 of 28 December pertaining to rental conditions for certain residential premises which were built or completed before 1 September 1947, amended .
If the candidates have an equal order of priority, the owner is at liberty to select a candidate.
