Entry into Monegasque Territory
All persons, whatever their nationality, who enter the Principality from outside the European Area must contact the COVID-19 Call Centre as soon as they arrive in or return to the Principality of Monaco, on the following number: 92.05.55.00 which is accessible from 9 am to 5 pm, or at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org

Access to public space
In accordance with the Ministerial Decision on the introduction of exceptional measures as part of the gradual resumption of activities, with a view to combatting the COVID-19 epidemic, from 12 June 2020, authorised gatherings on the public highway can now be comprised of 10 people.
Furthermore, in accordance with the Ministerial Decision 64 of 6 July 2020 and by way of derogation, events consisting of a group of more than 10 people and with a maximum limit of 5,000 people may be authorised from time to time with regard to the holding of a large gathering or special event. The corresponding request for authorisation must be submitted in advance to the competent services of the Administration, accompanied by a complete file, including, in particular, a protocol of the health measures envisaged.
However, the health authorities still recommend maintaining social distancing of 1.5 metres, whatever the reason for travel.

Access to beaches
In accordance with the Ministerial Decision 64 from 6 July 2020, access to natural or artificial beaches and use of such beaches for active exercise or sunbathing are permitted, on condition that distancing rules, as well as general health measures and measures specific to these types of use, are observed at all times

In line with the Ministerial Decision from 20 May 2020 and until further notice, with the exception of children under five, masks must be worn by everyone on the following types of transport and in the following locations:
- Public transport
- Luxury chauffeur-driven vehicle
- Platforms and concourses at the railway station
Any user not wearing a correctly positioned protective mask will be refused entry to public transport.
In line with the Ministerial Decision from 06 July 2020 and until further notice, pleasure craft with a home port outside Monaco can now make a port of call in Monaco once again
Yachts with a crew should submit a medical declaration of health to the Marine and Airport Police Division of the Police Department 48 hours before making a port of call. All vessels wishing to make a port of call in Monaco must comply with the health protocol decided upon by the COVID-19 Unit.
