“Monaco Welcome Certified” Label

What is the “Monaco Welcome Certified” Label?

A label guaranteeing a high-quality welcome within an establishment

The "Monaco Welcome Certified" label aims to share standards for welcoming clients across both the private and the public sectors, in order to establish a “made in Monaco” welcome. By implementing and observing these criteria, those who are involved in welcoming clients (professionals in the hotel and catering industries, retailers, cultural and tourist attractions, transport providers, etc.) will be able to obtain the "Monaco Welcome Certified" label

The objective of the label is to both recognise the efforts of businesses in the Principality who are committed to providing an excellent welcome, and to offer customers reliable, consistent and objective information regarding the quality of the welcome in Monaco.

In order to evaluate the welcome, quality standards have been identified:

  • Accessibility and quality of exterior
  • Welcome into premises
  • In-person welcome
  • Telephone welcome
  • Measures aimed at improving the quality of the welcome
