Principle and conditions

The remote alarm system is a safety service managed by the Office of Social Action in collaboration with the Fire and Emergency Service. To be eligible for this allowance you must:

  • Be resident in the Principality of Monaco
  • Have a landline telephone with no internet connection
  • Be in receipt of a medical prescription
