To get this form you can either:

Collating the documents

Along with the completed form you should submit the following documents:

  • ID
  • A deed of ownership
  • A copy of the entry on the Trade Register if applicable

Sending off the application

The completed form and all supporting documents should be sent to the Housing Department.
