Principle and conditions

Holders of the "Carte d'or" benefit from preferential rates for sports and cultural events of the Principality.

Holders of these passes can choose the seat they want and obtain a 50% discount, based on the price of the cheapest seat.

It is delivered to Monegasque nationals or recipients of the Social Protection Unit over 65 years old.

The pass has no expiration date but only one pass is granted per year.

  • Cinema "le Sporting"
  • Prince Pierre Foundation conferences
  • The Princesse Grace Theatre
  • The Variety Theatre
  • Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo
  • The Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra
  • The Opera
  • Printemps des Arts events
  • All public sporting events

Collating the documents

You must provide:

  • A passport photo
  • A Monegasque ID card or a proof that you receive a grant from the Social Office Unit

 

Principle and conditions

Entertainment passes are granted to retired employees of the Monaco Social Fund.

Holders of these passes can choose the seat they want and obtain a 50% discount, based on the price of the cheapest seat

This pass is strictly for your own personal use and is not granted to individuals collecting a surviving dependants’ pension.

The pass has no expiration date but only one pass is granted per year.

Holders of the entertainment pass benefit from preferential rates for the following:

  • The Théâtre Princesse Grace
  • The Variety Theatre
  • Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo
  • The Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra
  • The Opera
  • Printemps des Arts events
  • All public sporting events

Conditions

To be entitled to an entertainment pass, you must:

  • Be over the age of 60
  • Be a retired employee of the Monaco Social Fund
  • Reside in France or Monaco

Collating the documents

You must provide:

  • A passport photo
  • A pension book, a certificate from the Fund or a retirement card which details a registration number

Collect the pass from the DASO

Go to the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services (3rd floor,  by the elevators to the right of Carrefour's pharmacy) with the documents mentioned below to collect your entertainment pass.

Buying seats

To receive the discounted price, you must buy your seats directly from the ticket offices for the shows or events of your choice and not from retailers (department stores, the internet etc.)

On the day of the show, bring your entertainment pass, as proof for the discounted price may be required.

 

How do I renew the entertainment pass?

To renew your pass, go to the DASO with your old pass.
